The group, headquartered in Guangzhou China, launched business operation in Nigeria at the peak of Automobile boom based on Government advocacy for the production of brand new vehicles in Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations on environmental, health and security standards
- Advise the Company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
- Must have experience in Hotel management;
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power, are well-maintained;
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
- Responsible for allocating and managing space between buildings;
- Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishment;
- Assist in any relocation projects as the need arises;
- Prefered candidate is male;
