The responsibilities of the Head Teacher includes:
- Developing a strategic plan for the School, in consultation with the School Management, including the preparation of a staffing and resource plan.
- Engaging the staff of the School and the School Management in devising and agreeing the School’s plan
- Reviewing the performance of the School in terms of its objectives as stated in its strategic plan and in its staffing and resource plan.
- Managing and monitoring of the implementation of the resource allocation process within the School.
- Creating a supportive working environment for all staff in the School and fostering their career development.
- Ensuring that staff review and development is completed in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must have extensive strategic experience in managing a school for a minimum of 2 years
- A good and above-average understanding of the Nigerian Curriculum
- Knowledge of ICT
- The ability to lead a team.
- Must be creative
- Must reside in Magboro Ogun State
Salary
- N30,000 monthly
Job Title: Assistant Nursery Teacher
Location: Ogun
Job Summary
- To work in Preschool and nursery programs under the supervision of class teacher
Requirements
- Teacher’s Grade II Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education with a minimum of at least 2 years’ experience.
- Candidates must be willing and ready to display a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies across the classes.
- Most be computer literate
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills in relation to children, parents and staff.
- Have strong commitment to school improvement.
- Most reside in Magboro Ogun State
Salary Range
15,000 / Month.
Job Title: School Cleaner
Location: Ogun
Job Summary
- To ensure that the classrooms and its environs are cleaned and tidy for daily use.
Job Description
- Ensure that all offices, classrooms, restrooms and the front desk area are neat and tidy at all times
- Empty wastepaper baskets, remove cobwebs and dust anytime on daily bases
- Ensure that hand towels in the restrooms and classrooms are washed and replaced on daily bases
- Report to the Admin Officer if there are hard stains that require to be cleaned with an unusual cleaning chemicals, paints or special expertise
- Ensure the timely purchase of electricity bills for prepaid meters and prompt monthly payment in cases of estimated billings
- Look out for any materials that constitute dirt and remove them
- Run errands form time to time
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
- Must reside in Magboro Ogun State
Salary Range
10,000-15,000 / Month.
