Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Source and sign up new clients
  • Ensure customer retention
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate propertiesТ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Educational Requirement

  • Minimum of BSc in Estate Management or any related field

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office familiarity.

Job Title: Company Secretary / Legal Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

  • We are looking for a legal adviser/company secretary who will be responsible for monitoring all legal affairs within the organization.
  • The Legal officer will handle both internal and external legal concerns and would be supporting the company with the management of legal activities professionally.
  • The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our company’s prestige.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing of all company agreements
  • Drafting of agreements between the company and the independent contractors/third parties.
  • Ensure effective transactions between the company and Real estate sellers
  • Periodical visitation to company properties for inspection, questioning and negotiation.
  • Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
  • Correspond with counsel, court and clients as the case may be
  • Drafting legal documents when required
  • Write case briefs of depositions and contracts
  • Produce and file various legal documents such as appeals, motions or petitions
  • Preserve an updated case record system
  • Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminder
  • Providing legal, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
  • Implementing process or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation
  • Writing reports and collating information
  • Filing case documents in an organized manner for easy access
  • Sending faxes/mails and making copies of legal documents
  • Attend and take minutes of all board meetings and others as the case may be
  • Work with Finance and Human resource department to evaluate risk when needed

Educational Requirement

  • Minimum of BSc in Law.

Requirements:

  • Must be a female
  • Minimum of 3years experience in relevant role
  • Proven experience as a Company Legal Secretary
  • Good comprehension of all Legal matters
  • Ability to work with computers.
  • Ability to meet up with deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Purpose

  • We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
  • You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
  • Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
  • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation

Requirements

  • Minimum of BA / B.Sc / HND in Insurance or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3years experience in relevant role
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
  • Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
  • Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
