We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess a Second Degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Should have at least 10 years work experience in monitoring & evaluating water utilities in developing countries.
  • A working experience with donor funded projects and prior exposure to Nigerian States will be an added advantage. Relevant professional certification is a must.

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • A Good and Creative Architect, with minimum of 15 years experience,
  • ARCON and NIA is compulsory,
  • Use of REVIT & AUTOCAD is vital.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess an MBA, PMP, PRINCE2
  • Should possess 10 – 15 years experience,
  • Should have leadership skill

Job Title: Accountant / Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess 15 – 20 years’ experience,
  • ACCA, ACA, ACITN are essential

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • NIQS & RICS is essential,
  • Should have 10-15 years work experience

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Title: Team Leader and HR and Institutional Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess an MSC/MBA in Business Administration & management, Engineering, Economics or Social Science
  • Should possess at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of water supply reforms and design and implementation of organizational reforms and water utility management contracts (such as PPP in the form of service contract) in developing countries.
  • A prior exposure to working with Nigerian States and knowledge of Nigerian relevant laws will be an added advantage. ACIPM is compulsory.

Job Title: Financial Management and Cost Control Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess an MBA in Finance & ACA.
  • Candidate must have at least 8 years work experience in Financial management and cost control in donor funded projects.
  • A prior exposure to working with Nigerian States and knowledge of Nigerian relevant laws will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Policy and Legal Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess a PHD or LLM.
  • A Public Policy expert with at least 10 years work experience in policy development and implementation in institutions and knowledge of working with donor funded projects in developing countries.
  • A prior exposure to working with Nigerian States will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Water Supply Revenue Improvement and Commercial Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • A Second degree in Finance or any other relevant discipline
  • Should possess at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of water supply projects in developing countries.
  • He/she must have knowledge on water utility revenue improvement, commercial and financial operations and development of financial model.
  • Knowledge of working with donor funded projects in developing countries and prior exposure to working with Nigerian States will be an added advantage.

Job Title: O&M Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • A Second Degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline
  • Should have at least 10 years work experience in operation and maintenance activities related to water supply infrastructure projects in relevant sectors in developing countries.
  • He/she must have knowledge in preparation of relevant O&M Manuals and requirements for water supply infrastructural management.
  • A working experience with donor funded projects and prior exposure to Nigerian States will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Change Management and Capacity Building Expert

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Should possess an MSC/MBA in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics
  • Should have at least 10 years work experience in design and implementation of change management and capacity building programs for water utilities in developing countries.
  • A working experience with donor funded projects and prior exposure to Nigerian States will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant professional certification is a must.
