Job Title: Luxury Retail Associate

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Create content Calendar for social media
  • Take and post pictures of products on Social Media platforms
  • Post relevant content on social media
  • Respond to enquiries across social media platforms
  • Prospect and close sales
  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers
  • Process payments
  • Build and manage customer database
  • Arrange the store on a daily basis
  • Constantly ensure that the store is clean and smells fresh at all times.
  • Display and arrange existing and new products in an organized manner.

Educational Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year in a similar position.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury company is a must
  • Passion for Design and has an eye for aesthetic and colour
  • Passionate about creating exceptional shopping experiences
  • High level of energy and enthusiastic
  • Sales success in a retail interior design store environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.

Job Title: Fashion Production Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Quality Control:

  • Ensure quality control of Bespoke and Ready- to – Wear outfits
  • Ensure the seams and hems are equal from start to finish
  • Ensure the outfit has been put on a mannequin to check for wrong seams, stitched lines, etc.
  • Ensure that all Ready-to-Wear outfits are true to the size
  • Ensure there are no pins or needles after production
  • Ensure that all items are tagged with the price tags and labels in the right position in the retail store
  • Check for folds and send back to the tailor in charge to correct the pattern and resew garment to perfection
  • Check for stains and send for dry cleaning where necessary
  • Check for burns and replace where necessary
  • Ensure blouses and gowns do not have folds on the waist area. Also, check that there are no botches or folded zippers
  • Ensure that there are sizes on all garments
  • Ensure the right quality and color of zip is used
  • Ensure that zips are not showing from the garment and they are fully covered
  • Check items to be made for the week
  • Procure materials for production when necessary
  • Work with the Creative Director during the design process to come up with new concepts
  • Check with procurement to ensure that all materials are available for production
  • Notify the retail and customer service team of any delays or hitches in production that may affect delivery schedule

Supervision:

  • Ensure that the tailors are engaged at all times
  • Send daily report
  • Scrutinize the sketch / designs
  • Supervise the line production
  • Supervise the sample making
  • Oversee finishing
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports of the tailors’ production
  • Record the time used in each production from start to finish by each tailor
  • Ensure proper labelling and sizing match the company’s standard
  • Ensure that all garments produced have the tailor’s names attached
  • Ensure that tailors finish the garments before recording it
  • Establish lead-time for each batch of production.

Qualification / Experience

  • HND or B.Sc. in any related discipline
  • 1-3 years experience in a quality control position
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a must.

Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and review daily business operations.
  • Manage the business Social Media platform
  • Create daily content for online sales
  • Review, oversee financial activities and send monthly report.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions.
  • Implement organizational goals, procedures, and policies.
  • Identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Handle and resolve all customers’ complaints
  • Process customers’ payments
  • Respond to all enquiries

Store Management:

  • Ensure that the store is clean and ready for opening
  • Ensure that the utilities are available and adequate
  • Work with the Production Manager to fulfil client orders
  • Supervise the security personnel
  • Steam garments
  • Arrange outfits on the mannequins

Facility Management:

  • Ensure that all fittings and fixtures are working optimally
  • Plan and supervise all maintenance and repair works

Financials:

  • Create monthly reports
  • Manage petty cash
  • Take cash payments to the bank
  • Calculate and remit taxes
  • Prepare payroll

Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Social media management
  • Proven integrity
  • Highly analytical, driven and focused.
  • High level of professionalism;
  • Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
  • Must have knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
  • Good initiative, time and stress management skills
  • Leadership and organizational abilities

  • Preferably lives within Island axis

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
