Job Description
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Ability to provide planning, give clear directions, training, leadership and organization.
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
- Requires flexibility of schedule, creativity, social and interpersonal skills, decision making ability, initiative and sense of urgency.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to ensure and promote a safe work environment at all times.
- Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement.
