Job Title: System Engineer

Job Description

  • The System Engineer is a professional that work on all related PAS communication with field Instrument will be responsible for technical / engineering support to the Site Execution team for PAS related activities.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to understand the change requirements and managing that change up to final implementation in accordance with Project Procedures

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily service maintenance and repair needs of the equipment (CAT GENERATOR).
  • Be involved with control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.

Qualification and Experience

  • Professionally trained in Mechanical engineering, power electronics systems, mechatronic engineering.
  • Necessary certification in the related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in fault-finding and servicing of (CAT GENERATOR and generator) sets.

Job Requirement:

  • Capable of working on generators up to 500KVA.
  • Technical understanding of synchronized control systems
  • At least an expert knowledge of FG Wilson Generators especially; 2X06 Electronics Engines, 6000 Series control system, Analogue Control system, ATi / CTi Changeover system, Leroy Somers Alternators, Power Wizards Control System
  • Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Manual handling experience and working with automatic refuelling systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flexible, adaptable approach to working.

Job Title: Instrument Technician

Job Description
The Instrument Technician will be responsible for calibration, troubleshoot, repair and replace process instruments as a part of the plant’s maintenance program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional or nuclear power electric generating plant: Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
  • Tests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters or detectors, and other recordings, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in the system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, mercury manometers, potentiometers, pulse and signal generators, oscilloscopes, transistor curve tracers, and ammeters, voltmeters, and wattmeter.
  • Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in the system, using hand tools.
  • Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function

  • Provided instruction on emissions monitoring equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to site personnel.

  • Performed troubleshooting on analyzers and repaired them when the issue was found.
  • Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair moisture analyzers of various brands and types.

Job Description

  • The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.
  •  Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to include oil changes, lubrication, battery testing and replacement, filter replacement, tire inspection/replacement and electronic control systems adjustments and repair.
  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

  • The Instrument Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of crews of personnel each as Head technician, Trained observers, field technicians and main office techs eliminating the need for middle management or outsourced assistance and also the integrity of instrumentation and instrumentation systems by the application of reliability centred techniques and effects control within an ISO certified quality assurance system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervised four crews of 40 people each as Head Technician. Trained observers, field technicians and main office techs eliminating the need for middle management or outsourced assistance.
  • Ensure that technicians follow company procedures, work instructions, IPF protocols and vendor instruction manuals when executing maintenance activities.
  • Supervise and also perform corrective preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and IPF tests on field instruments like smart pressure transmitters, positioners for control valves, vibration monitoring systems, DCS, Fire and Gas System, ESD system.
  • Merged RSR system data to the final product and quality control
  • Insured operational stability of the company by procuring supplies, troubleshooting equipment, electronic parts, cabling and geophone wire for all crews.
  • Planned work activities for crew, coordinated material and equipment flow for construction task to eliminate delays.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • BSC or equivalent in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the industry as Senior Instrument technician and minimum 2 years as instrument supervisor is preferable.
  • Experienced in the supervision of technicians and contractors in an Oil and Gas Servicing Company.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years involvement in troubleshooting, analysis and resolving complex technical field problems independently.

Job Title: Certified Waukesha Technician

  • The Certified Waukesha Technician will be responsible for maintenance in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sets up, calibrates, tests, measures and repairs all types of electrical controls, instruments, and electronic components
  • Collects equipment operation history and data to facilitate reliability improvements
  • Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions and helps document failure analysis
  • Performs daily PM’s of equipment and instrument calibrations

  • The Senior Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for supervision maintenance of mechanical equipment and ensure minimum downtime of production facilities;

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate the maintenance schedules to the other departments and supervise their implementation;
