Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Must be familiar with maintenance of eLectrical systems such as distribution board, electrical panels and electronics.
• Maintenance of VRF AC systems, ability to trouble shoot wilL be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of generator maintenance and service essential.
• Degree / HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum of 10 years plus experience in engineering position required.

Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To manage day to day F&B operations in multiple restaurants and ensuring highest standards and excellent guest experience.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food quality, presentation are up to international standard.
• Write menus, food costing, supervision of Chefs, kitchens and restaurant staff.
• Meticulous attention to details essential.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Culinary School Diploma or Degree in Hotel and Catering Management or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Internatlonal experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills essential.
