Job Description

• Analyze data and information to find ways to improve operations
• Inform and advise various levels of management and stakeholders
• Product Performance Tracking
• Feasibility Studies
• Scenario Analysis
• Develop and conduct user surveys
• Analyze habidts and data available from competitors
• Research market and industry trends and patterns
• Informed Analysis on Product Management and Marketing
• PR and Brand Management Strategies
• Compare ROI with past data and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Economics or any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Research Analyst in the media industry
• Able to manipulate large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications (SPSS, SAS, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite), including the use of relational database.
• Structured Query Language SQL – Basic
• SWOT and PEST (EL)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing skills.
