Job Title: Project Manager (Interior Designs)

Description

  • Ability to Analyze and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design strategies.
  • Ability to develop a preliminary design concept on each proposed project, coordinate project team, supervise available resource & allocation and deliver on pre-agreed terms, budget and scope.
  • Ability to write detailed project reports, proposals, feasibility studies purchase orders, expedite orders and solution presentation suitable for reference and decision making.
  • Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ability to perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritizes deliverable’s, as well as negotiate timelines and product functionalities.
  • Ability to interface with clients, vendors and contractors.
  • Ability to assist team with design review of drawings and specification provided by designers for the purpose of coordinating design layout.
  • Ability to work closely with appropriate staff on developing timetable for projects and supervises that work being done complies with plans and specifications and is progressing on schedule.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in any field related to Management and Engineering Technology with certifications in IPM / PMP / AMP
  • A minimum of 6 years post qualification/ experience in the industry with background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • The applicant must be able to read architectural plans.

 

Job Title: Office Manager – Admin / HR (Interior Designs)

Job Description

  • Ability to develop and implement standard administrative operations, HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ability to maintain the day to day administration of the Office including communicating with the accountant for payables, receivables, payroll, and other personnel issues.
  • Ability to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and nurture a positive working environment
  • Ability to oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance environment including developing and setting sales target structures, setting commission structures and monitoring performance.
  • Ability to monitor and drive performance of all teams and reports to the Business Manager

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degree in human resources or related field with a minimum of 4 year’s post-qualification/experience work experience in the field.

Job Description

  • Ability to interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans and define project requirements and schedule during the €œbrief.
  • Ability to interpret, design and recommend architectural solutions through selections of finish and materials, fixture alternatives and trendy interior design techniques.
  • Ability to produce and coordinate project documentation involved in the design process.
  • Ability to conduct frequent site inspections to ensure conformance to design and interiors and ensures that projects follow the approved specifications and company procedures.
  • Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects.
  • Ability to drive the interior design conceptual, schematic and design development phases of projects produce and review interior design scope of work and request for proposals for consultants.
  • Ability to research and follow industry changes, evolutions, best practices, evaluate various interior design concepts and styles and select best fit for design project.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND or in Architecture, Interior Design with a minimum of 6 years proven post qualification / certification experience in architectural practice or related work experience
  • Applicant must  possess professional training certification
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs; Creative talent, imagination and eye for design; Communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent portfolio of previous works with proven working experience in interior designs (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).

Job Title: Sales Executive (Interior Designs)

Job Description

  • Ability to identify and sell commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners to meet and exceed pre-agreed sales targets.
  • Ability to generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
  • Ability to establish market penetration in Commercial Interiors in Nigeria, generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations, identify and win major fit-out projects, developing an intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender and to meet monthly target of number of customers, number of projects and financial target.
  • Ability to liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and senior management.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in marketing or communications-related field with certification in sales/marketing. Minimum of 5 years’ proven post-qualification/certification experience in Sales.
