Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Offa, Kwara

Job Description
- Quality Inspection of Raw materials.
- Checking of moisture contents of Paddy.
- Visual assessment for mold in Paddy.
- Inspection of finished goods on the production floor and the warehouse.
Job Qualification
- OND with at least 1 year work experience.
Job Title: Quality Assurance / Warehouse Manager
Location: Offa, Kwara

Job Description
- Responsible for establishing and implementing all processes and procedures that guarantee the achievement of products quality specifications that meets customers and regulatory agencies requirements
- Carrying out all quality processes that guarantee manufacturing, processing, storage and distribution of rice that result in high product quality, package quality and customer quality
- Assessing customer quality requirements and ensuring that these are met implementing procedures and processes for meeting standards and requirements of government regulatory agencies for rice production
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them
- Setting quality requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance
- Providing guidance for operator, technicians, storekeepers and other staff members on ways to achieve quality standards for products.
- Enforcing compliance with implementation of First -In -First- Out {FIFO} principles at raw materials and finished goods warehouses
- Keeping adequate records of all incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouses
- Working with operations staff to establish and implement standards, systems and procedures focused on quality assurance
- Recording and analysing data on raw materials, production processes and finished products on specified frequency
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly quality technical reports for the General Manager Operations
- Determining training needs of quality control staff
- Providing innovative drive for continuous improvement in performance and product quality
- Participate in research and new product development programs.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc. in Food Science / Food Engineering
- Experience: 5-7 years Manufacturing experience, experience in a rice milling company will be an added advantage.
