Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Job Description
- The incumbent is expected to determine suitable crops and seeds for planting, oversee animal production, market the farm’s products, buy supplies such as fertiliser and seeds, arrange fencing of the farm and maintenance, understand the implications of the weather and make contingency plans, maintain and monitor the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops, maintain knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them, apply health and safety standards across the farm estate, keep financial records up to date.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Minimum of 2-4 years work experience.
