Job Title: Security / Gateman

Location: Guzape, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Adequately protect people and property, must know and enforce rules and regulations to prevent criminal activity before it happens.
  • Monitor points of access in the building and property to allow entry only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization.
  • Walk amongst visitors to promote order and provide a visible presence that deters safety issues.
  • Maintain surveillance of property by patrolling the grounds or using closed-circuit monitoring or alarm systems.
  • Investigate and report signs of damage or unlawful entry as it occurs, by contacting authorities, make written or verbal reports to law enforcement.
  • In emergency situations, may provide first aid or assistance and alert first responders.
  • Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of residential rules.


  • Minimum of SSCE/GCE/O’Level Certificate
  • Young and agile security conscious
  • 5 years previous work experience within an ESTATE

N35,000.00 Monthly.

Job Title: Site Architect / Builder

Location: Guzape – Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.
  • The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.


  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
  • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
  • Follow architectural trends and advancements
  • Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
  • Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
  • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections


  • BSc / BA degree in Architecture or Building Science
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Proven working experience as an Architect / Builder within an ESTATE
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

Job Title: Facility HSE Officer

Location: Guzape, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


  • The primary functions of the Facility Health and Safety officer is to develop, monitor and implement the organization’s health and safety policy; to ensure the organization is compliant with health and safety legislation; and to reduce or prevent hazards, dangers and accidents.
  • This role not only ensures the health and safety of the workers but also of the workplace, environment and general public.


  • Monitor Health and Safety incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area.
  • Write reports detailing health and safety within their assigned research market.
  • Develop and design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect public safety.
  • Investigate environmental accidents and other public safety concerns within their market. They may also assign team members to investigate reported incidents.
  • Design training programs to provide safety awareness education.
  • Give presentations about current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards.
  • Perform Risk Assessments.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Health, Safety, or Environmental field of study.
  • Previous work experience with health, safety, and environmental matters within an ESTATE
  • Communication skills – ability to use written communication skills to create reports and training materials, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization skills – ability to use organization skills to manage multiple safety projects and analyze multiple studies at once
  • Analytical thinking – good analytical skills and the ability to think critically are must-haves to analyze data and compile it into usable material and reports.
  • Minimum of 3 years Experience.

N50,000.00 monthly.
