We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Benin City – Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Handles all customer payments and credit transactions.
  • Arranges and stacks cash neatly in the safe.
  • Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciliation of cashbook.
  • Handles daily cash remittance.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
  • Operate point of sale system and keeps assigned area fully clean.
  • Assists customers and answers questions in a friendly manner.
  • Follow all established procedures for documenting errors in cashing procedures.
  • Set up, break down, stock, replenish and maintains cash register station.
  • Handles petty cash and reimbursibles.
  • Keeps cash office locked when not around and safeguards key.
  • Close accounts properly before handing over to the next cashier on duty.
  • Enters all postings into the appropriate accounts using the company software.
  • Sends report to the Accountant/Branch Manager at the close of shift for the day.
  • Raises sales invoices and issues receipt after payment to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Applicant should have H.N.D in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or any social science disciplines with upper credit and above only.
  • Applicant must possess atleast 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Applicant must be open to running shifts.
  • Applicant must be female, resident in Benin and age shouldn€™t exceed 30years.
  • Applicant must have an analytical mind and a keen eye for details.
  • Applicant must possess sound numerical abilities and proficiency in computer operation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel is a must.
  • Applicant must possess high level of integrity and good communication skills.
  • Applicant must be teachable and willing to learn new things.
  • Applicant must be within the ages of 25-35 years, female preferably.

Salary
N30,000 – N60,000 Monthly

Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Maintain receipts, records of stock cards.
  • Issues out materials on FIFO basis only.
  • Receives, unload, and shelve supplies.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Ensure that the store is properly locked and arranged.
  • Raise alarm when stock is getting close to re-order level so restocking can be made.
  • Keeps Appearances up: The overall image of the store is the store keeper’s responsibility. He ensures the store is free, with ample walking room.
  • Keeping detailed record of inventory when products are purchased and returned, arranges store transfers.
  • Creates and receives orders: When merchandise arrives, if is her responsibility to unpack shipments, assess the inventory and ensure it is in good condition.

Job Requirements

  • O.N.D or H.N.D in any Management discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping is a must
  • Knowledge of proper book-keeping and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
  • Skills to operate common office equipment and computer system.
  • Applicant should be male and resident in Benin, Edo State.

 

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Descriptions

  • To establish a professional brand, consistent image and stellar reputations for the Company with the customers.
  • He is responsible for solving any sort of complaints that may arise in the course of business operations.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensures smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in Budget preparation.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials paying full attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities management, maintenance activities and trade persons.
  • Ensure operations adhere to company policies and regulations.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Reminding the Centre Manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondences
  • Managing databases and filing systems for proper recording, documentation and safe keeping of files and records.
  • Liaising with staff, vendors, suppliers and clients for smooth operation of processes and sterling service delivery.
  • Collating and filing expenses incurred in the operation of business.
  • Any other assignment as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Applicant must have a B.Sc. or H.N.D in  Business Administration or any other management discipline with a minimum of 2nd class upper degree.
  • Applicant must possess strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Applicant must be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Applicant must be able to meet deadlines and work with minimum or no supervision
  • Applicant must possess good interpersonal and communicatyion skills
  • Applicant must be resident in Benin City, Edo State
  • Applicant must have good negotiation and bargaining skills
  • Applicant must be detail oriented.
  • Applicant should be male preferably and be within the range of 24 35 years.

Salary Range
N35,000 – N60,000 / Month

Job Title: Factory Worker

Location: Benin City, Edo

Requirements

  • Applicant must have SSCE Certificate and be able to communicate clearly in English Language.
  • Applicant must not be more than 30 years.
  • Applicant must have good character and must be willing to learn new things.
  • Applicant must be reliable and hardworking.
  • Applicant must be resident in Benin, Edo State.

Salary

  • N20,000 – N35,000 monthly.

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Benin City, Edo.
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Clean baking pans and covers; clean the shelves, table tops and racks with cleaning fluid.
  • Keeping the offices, factory and environment clean.
  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, e.t.c).
  • Wash the toilets daily.
  • Clean factory wall and equipment.
  • Wash factory uniforms, fabric and other cleaning linens with washing machine.
  • Dry and fold or hang factory uniforms and linens.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and other activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
    Any other assignments as instructed by the Production Supervisor or Admin officer.

Job Requirements

  • Applicant must possess at least SSCE certificate, must be able to communicate clearly using English Language.
  • Applicant must be strong and hardworking.
  • Applicant must be detail oriented.
  • Applicant should have knowledge of the different cleaning styles and systems in a factory.
  • Applicant should have relevant experience in similar role.

  • Either male or female, age range should be within 18 years -35 years.

Salary
N20,000 – N25,000 Monthly
