Job Title: Investment Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Sector: Financial

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Focus on investment and build investors confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
  • Create investors clientele to meet the monthly target as stipulated.
  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
  • Manage equity research and investor relationships
  • Present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies Knowledge / Qualifications

  • First Degree or its equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years post graduate cognate experience in any reputable Investment institution with proven track records of achievement, with at least 3 years at managerial positions.
  • Understanding of Lagos financial market is compulsory.
  • Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Skills/Competencies:

  • The ideal candidate must have cognate experience in a reputable Financial Institution.
  • He/ She must have the required capacity to Identity and mobilize business from Lagos environ and neighboring states.
  • He/ She must be a self-starter and possess confidence to grow the business considerably within a reasonable time frame.
  • Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral).
  • Proactive with sound problem solving skills.

Job Title: UI / UX Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a user-experience / interface (UI / UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
  • The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Three or more years of UI / UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Expertise in standard UI / UX software such as Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with team members to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet company’s needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UI / UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Job Title: Web Designer / Developer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Web Designer will be responsible for creating great websites content for our brand. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for our websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding. You will be working closely with our communications team to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
