Job Title: Graphics Designer / Videographer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a new Graphics Designer / Videographer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things and shooting, developing, and editing videos to capture important moments, sporting events, and other actions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Capture action on camera.
  • Record important events using camera, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Edit captured videos to tell concise, visually pleasing stories.
  • Setup and break down recording equipment before and after use.
  • Keep all video and audio equipment in good working order.
  • Create short promotional videos for the company.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic / Motion Design or any related field.
  • Must have 0-5 years  work experience.
  • Experience as a graphic designer / videographer.
  • Demonstrable graphic design and video capturing and editing skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required tools.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design is a plus.

Job Title: SEO / Social Media Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • We are looking for an SEO / Social Media Manager to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success.
  • As a SEO / Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  • We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
  • Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and hoot suite.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and content development teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as SEO / Social Media Manager.
  • B.Sc. / BA in any relevant field.
  • Must have 0-5 years work experience
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Knowledge of Graphics / Video Editing is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS is an added advantage.
  • Experience with SEO reporting.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
