Job Title: Corporate Finance Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analyses and reports for strategic and investment decision making
  • Demonstrate knowledge and provide strategic insight, analytics to shape the financial direction of the company
  • Provide financial analyses, business planning and forecasting and treasury management function support
  • Prepare consolidated forecasts and analyze trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditure and other related financial areas
  • Carry out complex business analysis including ROI, NPV and IRR with recommendations on new products / services, features, pricing, marketing and promotions based on historical financial data

Job Title: Head – Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance and management to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor the Group’s operational and strategic risks
  • Develop and/or implement Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks and to manage these risks according to established framework
  • Align company’s risk management policies and strategies with applicable regulations, rating agency standards and overall governance policy of the Group.
  • Establish the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company
  • Monitor all operational risk management activities of the Group
  • Monitor and analyze risks within the Group’s subsidiaries and departments and report on these risks to the Board

Job Title: Head – Financial Control

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for financial growth and provide strategic financial control support to all subsidiaries
  • Provides financial reports to management for planning and decision making
  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Job Title: Head – Information & Communication Technology

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and implement robust and sustainable ICT policies, processes and procedures for work performance effectiveness, business recovery and continuity, and security against cyber-attacks on the Group’s IT platforms
  • Train and disseminate technological information and updates to all staff
  • Manage secure data backup on a central repository
  • Manage users access to the shared storage through access controls on active directory
  • Provide technical input to other departments as they consider purchase of new ICT products
  • Coordinate quarterly maintenance of IT equipment and ensure all users are setup on the corporate anti-virus and stations setup to scan and update the anti-virus weekly

  • Conceptualize and develop the corporate communications and brand management strategy across the subsidiaries and department within the Group and ensuring compliance with the Groups strategy and all regulatory requirements across the subsidiaries
  • Research consumer market, monitor market trends and identify potential areas of investment for subsidiaries based upon consumer needs and spending habits
  • Oversee the production of advertisement and brand visibility on TV, newspapers, magazine, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
  • Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences as well as liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, press releases and other media engagements

Job Title: General Counsel / Legal Adviser

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Executive Chairman and advise executives and / or Board of Directors about legal issues related to the Group’s business activities such as government regulations, contracts, property, taxes and labour
  • Design, manage and implement the legal framework and governance structure of all subsidiaries within the Group, and provide legal timely and fool proof advisory services on various legal matters involving incorporation, venture, partnership, corporate finance, litigation and labour laws for the Group
  • Conduct legal analysis and research; provide counsel on different legal issues, interpret laws, rulings and regulations and advise the Group on best alternatives; and drafting legal opinions, memoranda, service agreements and other briefing documents for the Group in conjunction with external solicitors.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties such regulators, external solicitors and other key stakeholders to create corporate brand trust for the Group as a socially responsive organization
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights

Job Title: Head – Group Support Services

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and supervision of trades persons/artisans within the Group’s shared platform
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials using lean cost containment strategy
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Organize and supervise other office activities such as waste management, recycling, renovations, event planning among others
  • Oversee procurement, inventory and reorder levels to ensure optimal deployment of resources across the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor the management of annual budgets of the company

Job Title: Head – Corporate Services

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, drive and implement the corporate strategy, culture and work ethics of the Group across the subsidiaries and department to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of quality customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies that align to the business objectives.
  • Take overall responsibility for annual staff development and training
  • In conjunction with the HR Manager, ensure adherence to all company’s guidelines
  • Regularly review the company’s talent management processes within the business areas, including performance management, resource planning and succession planning with the departmental Heads.
  • Where necessary, work in partnership on projects with key stakeholders to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programmes (e.g. changes to working practices, organization changes and business “excellence” or lean programmes).
