Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand the company’s clientele and deepen existing relationships with the clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities & growth strategies focused on sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Research business opportunities & viable income streams, develop business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Develop, monitor and support the implementation of strategies and plans; set the performance targets for the sales team and ensure achievement of the targets
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective or existing clients; Assess client’s needs and promote the company’s products / services that meet the clients objectives/needs
  • Develop and maintain the strong, lasting relationships with customers (new, existing and prospective). Sustain/improve customer experience & promote brand loyalty.
  • Develop, drive and implement marketing plan and sales campaign for the company
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Responsible for meeting Annual Sales Target set by the Management.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

  • Minimum of First degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • 8+ years’ relevant sales experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a management role
  • Experience as a proven change-agent, driving transformations, formulating strategies and resolving performance issues
  • Experience supporting management in developing and implementing business growth strategies
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex deals

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain and Update the HR Records of Employees Pertaining to Hiring, Leaves, termination, Medical and Health Insurance.
  • Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA), assist in Organizing Training for Employees, Ensure they are fully equipped to be able to Perform their Duties
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Reviewing and Renewing the Company Policies
  • Formulate and ensure compliance with Policies by continually educating employees on company policies and keeping employee handbook and other HR-related documents updated.
  • Help with Administrative Tasks, Arrangements like Traveling Plans.
  • Handling Employee Grievances Formally and Informally, Forward Them to Concerned Department and Follow up for Resolution.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences and other related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years HR Professional experience
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and other HR certifications is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law
  • Experience in using Human Resource Information System

Job Title: Head of IT

Location: Lagos

Job description
Our client is looking to hire Head of IT to oversee all IT functions in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of information systems and networks
  • Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems)
  • Oversee the administration of systems and servers related to company/client LAN and WAN (e.g. security, email system, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, filtering, proxies, backups, etc.) for the purpose of optimizing throughput, securing data, overseeing backup and recovery capabilities, and ensuring availability of services to authorized users
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
  • Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
  • Liase with other departments, determine and address their IT needs and requirements
  • Develop, manage, and track the IT department’s annual budget and prepare project reports
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff

Qualifications/ Required Experience

  • Minimum of BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant subject
  • 8+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
  • Experience and familiarity with network, systems administration, communications standards, and database management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
