Job Description
- Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing marketing strategies for identified target markets
- Identifying new industry trends
- Meeting marketing financial objectives
- Promoting the products and services of the company
- Prospecting new markets and increased clientele base
- Develop and maintain business relationship with corporate and individual clients
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
- Preparation of weekly marketing call report
- Assist in planning and overseeing new consultants development plan
Education/Requirements
- First level University degree or equivalent; may have advanced university degree
- Minimum 3 years post graduate work experience in real estate and digital marketing
- Digital marketing expert
- Effective written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals.
- Demonstrate exemplary follow-through skills; ability to oversee, track, and complete complex projects/assignments
- Must be able to leverage on all real estate and social media sites
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
