Job Title: Document Control Instructor

Locations: Delta, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • The job role involves the teaching of Document Control Management and Record Management
  • The goal is to deliver training in an efficient and hands-on manner in order for expected course outcomes to be achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the development of up to date course materials and teaching slides (if required)
  • Plan, organize and deliver course during the course duration
  • Liaise with training coordinator to determine appropriate course delivery methods
  • Administer Assessment
  • Mark exam papers (where relevant) in accordance with marking guidelines and compute student scores
  • Adhere to agreed training schedules and no. of expected course delivery man-hours
  • To maintain accurate attendance records
  • To conduct student evaluations in accordance with the Institute’s policies
  • To make a suggestion to the training coordinator concerning improvements in curriculum.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc in Business Administration, Information Management Systems and other related fields
  • Possession of other professional DOCUMENT CONTROL certifications will be highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) & EFQM.
  • Minimum of Two years experience in document control instructional role
  • Experience working within a document control role.

Key Skills / Competencies:

  • Excellent Instructional abilities
  • Sound knowledge in the use of web-based tools, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proficiency in leading teams across fast-paced work settings is required.
  • Considerable experience in quality management systems and document control functions in an ISO certified environment and in-depth knowledge of quality management operations will be an added advantage.

Job Title: ISO 45001 Instructor

Locations: Delta and Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • The job role involves the teaching of ISO 45001 Courses and other related courses.
  • The goal is to deliver training in an efficient and hands-on manner in order for expected course outcomes to be achieved.

  • Minimum of three (3) years instructional experience in ISO 45001
  • Three years (3) experience in an Occupational Health and Safety Management role

Key Skills/Competencies:

  • Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Must be qualified as a Lead auditor with strong knowledge of ISO 45001:2018

Job Title: Project Management Instructor

  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ project management experience
  • Minimum of two years of Project Management Instructional experience
  • Membership of the Project Management Institute desired

Job Title: Computer Programming Instructor

  • The job role involves the teaching of programming courses such as Python, PHP, HTML, Java, C++, C#, SQL, Android, etc.
  • The goal is to deliver training in an efficient and hands-on manner in order for expected course outcomes to be achieved.

  • Three (3) years of experience teaching any of the following programming languages such as Python, Java, Web Development, C++, C#, SQL etc.
  • Possession of other professional IT certifications for any of the programming languages of interest will be highly desirable
  • Minimum of Two years’ experience in a computer programming instructional role

Key Skills / Competencies:

  • Proficiency with programming languages stated above
  • Evidence of applications developed using any of the programming languages listed above.
  • Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and other current ICT tools
  • Current working knowledge of all theory and practical applications for courses being taught.

  • The job role involves the conduct of TOEFL classes to students.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the development of up to date course materials and teaching slides (if required)
  • Plan, organize and deliver TOEFL lectures and tutorials focusing on the four key skills: listening, speaking, reading & writing.
  • Instruct students in tests taking skills.

  • The job role involves preparing trainees for IELTS exams by delivering educational, interactive, and dynamic classes.
  • The goal is to deliver training in an efficient and hands-on manner in order for expected course outcomes to be achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the development of up to date course materials and teaching slides (if required)
  • Plan, organize and deliver IELTS lectures and tutorials focusing on the four key skills: listening, speaking, reading & writing.
  • Teach classes focused on both IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training Tests.
  • Liaise with training coordinator to determine appropriate course delivery methods

  • More than 3 years of experience working as a crane operator and overseeing crane operations
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of HSE processes and procedures

  • Must be conversant with Quality Management processes.
  • Consulting and training experience will be considered an advantage
