Job Summary
- Research, identify, scout for and recommend viable investment properties to the company.
Requirements
- Honesty and integrity.
- HND qualification in any of the Social Science courses
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Excellent use of the Microsoft computer packages and use of the internet for research.
- A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organization, and leadership skills.
- Maximum of 2 years Experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Surfing the internet to scout for real estate deals
- physically Identify viable property leads through networking
- Physical visits to properties.
