Job Title: Account & Admin Officer
Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Maximum 2 weeks notice
- As the Account and Admin officer you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative functions for the firm.
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting
- At least 2 years work experience in an accounting/finance role
- Thorough knowledge of theoretical accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent report writing skills
- Very good communication skills
- Smart, Proactive.
- Managing the administrative office functions
- Keep track and handle accounts payables and receivables
- Authorizing payroll payments and addressing any discrepancies
- Communicating with vendors to ensure payments are made on time and diffusing any payments conflicts
- Recording and categorizing expenses
- Maintaining financial records
- N130,000 to N150,000 monthly.
