We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administration Officer

Location: Ojodu Berger, Isheri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • The candidate must possess B.Sc / HND in Business Administration from a reputable university / polytechnic
  • Minimum of 1 year experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Female applicant only
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including problem solving
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Carry out public relations functions Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews.
  • Work with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses
  • Must reside within Ojodu Berger, Ogba, Aguda, Ikeja, Ketu, ojota, Magboro, isherri, Ibafo axis.
