Job Title: Project Manager – Offshore
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers / Offshore
Job Type: Permanent / Full time
Responsibilities
- Generate the Project Execution Strategy (PES) as the first deliverable for Management review and approval
- Ensures delivery of assigned project to contract specifications with respect to cost, quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and time.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 18 years EPC – Offshore Pipeline & Facilities
- Minimum of 6 years’ Experience working as a Project Manager for EPC Offshore Pipeline & Facilities
- Must have cogent experience in at least two EPC Offshore projects spanning from Engineering, procurement, Construction to Commissioning & Handover
- Corporate Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers Registered with COREN with valid practicing license.
- Membership of professional association for related discipline PMP qualified or other Project Management Certification (PRINCE II etc) desirable
- Relevant Management qualification or Training.

Job Title: Project Manager

- Work primarily with the General Manager – Operations & Technical (GMOT) to provide both direct and indirect supports to Project Managers and their respective Project Management Teams (PMTs) to deliver their assigned Projects on Time, Scope, Quality, Budget, Health, Safety & Environment set bench marks.

Job Title: Head of Pre-Commisioning / Commisioning / Lead
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities
- Heads the pre-commissioning and commissioning departments respectively and responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the unit.
- Ensure that the Pre-commissioning / Commissioning technical document respects the schedule and quality for the need of related procurement, fabrication, Pre-commissioning / Commissioning operations on site.
Requirements
- B.Sc. /HND Engineering or sciences
- Minimum 15 years of proven work experience.
- Have strong working knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures and construction work sequences for topside.
- A good knowledge of International codes / standards (AWS, API).
- Conversant with General Arrangement (GA) engineering and structural drawings including building marking plans, also with isometrics and P&IDs. Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Job Title: Cost Engineer / Estimator

Job Description
- Read and understand Tender Documentation including project scope, project requirements, contract requirements and other customer requirements as provided in tender documents.
- Prepare cost data and provide basis for costing for proposals and contract negotiations.
- Prepare the overall Project Execution Plan for Technical and Commercial Tender Submission.
- Coordinate with other departments (HSE, Quality, NCD, Procurement) to manage technical tender documents.
Requirements
- B.Eng. Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or B. Sc. in Quantity Surveying
- 15+ years of proven work experience as a Cost Engineer / Estimator or similar role in Projects or Field Engineering (Construction) pipelines & onshore facilities
- Excellent English Language communication skills
- English comprehension skills for reading, interpreting, and understanding complex technical tender documents
- Ability to organize tender document data and manage the tendering process.
- Attention to detail and good time planning skills.
- Proficiency and Hands-on experience in all Microsoft programs.
- Ability to be trusted with critical financial and commercial information.
Primary Skills:
