Experienced Administrator (Female) in a Real Estate Company

First Excelsia Professional Services Limited – Our client, a Real Estate Company is looking to recruit suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Administrator (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Qualification

  • B.Sc, HND Holder in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Cooperate sales and Marketing (Financial or Real Estate Industry).
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator, sales team lead with the ability to constantly meet set targets will be considered a plus;

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience of corporate sales.
  • Must be able to Schedule client meeting and daily follow up.
  • Passion for people, sales and marketing with positive attitude and team
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • The ideal candidate must be passionate, smart, result oriented.
  • Excellent use of MS Office Package.
  • Candidate must have Administrative skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Presentation skills and negotiation skills is highly needed.
  • Ability to manage staff activities and office tools.
  • Must have strong work ethics.
  • Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.
  • A team player with high level of dedication and passion for the job.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

Salary

  • N60,000k – N100,000k + 10% on every sales.
