Job Title: Graduate Intern – Customer Service & Communications
Location: Lagos
Job Functions
- To track and monitor activities and ensure services adhere to company requirements
- To provide prompt response to issues and resolve/escalate as required
- To coordinate and plan schedules to maintain high level of efficiency.
- To prepare daily / weekly/ monthly logs and reports and submit within required timelines
- To train field staff on service requirements and guidelines in line with and company standards
- To solicit feedback from customers on the services provided
- To research, maintain product knowledge and be familiar with current promotions / new developments in the industry
Requirements
- Must be awaiting NYSC 2020 call up
- B.Sc in any discipline
- Must be able to converse fluently in English
- Ability to converse fluently in “Hausa” will be an advantage
- Must be able to communicate well with people at all levels.
- Must be able to prioritize duties.
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills

Job Title: Graduate Intern – Mobile App & Software Development
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To design, upgrade and maintain applications
- To fix bugs and improve application performance
- To troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- To continuously research and stay updated with new technology to maximize development efficiency
- To file and maintain records in accordance with accounting standards (*Fixed assets inclusive).
- To perform all the duties in accordance with standard operating procedures and conform to best practice
Requirements
- Must be awaiting NYSC 2020 call up
- B.Sc in Systems / Computer Engineering
- Ability to develop Mobile Apps
- Good knowledge of React JS, Vue JS or equivalent
- Proficient with standard CSS practices and SASS
- Must be able to communicate well with people at all levels.
- Must be able to prioritize duties.
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment

Job Title: Finance Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To carry out daily functions of the Accounts department including Cash flow analysis, Payables, Receivables and Reconciliations
- To post ledgers and ensure that records of the company transactions are up to date.
- To reconcile client payments against bank statements
- To file and maintain records in accordance with accounting standards.
- To perform all the duties in accordance with standard operating procedures and conform to best practice
Requirements
- Must be awaiting NYSC 2020 call up
- B.Sc in Accounting
- Professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA will be an advantage
- Must be able to converse fluently in English
- Must be able to communicate well with people at all levels.
- Must be able to prioritize duties.
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be professional confident, patient, friendly, sociable, reliable and self-motivated.
