Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
Salary
- N30,000 monthly.
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Description
- Create marketing goals related to customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue
- Conduct market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts
- Specify a company’s target audience based on market research
- Produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks and webinars
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers such as prospects and leads to build the company’s clientele.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND.
Salary
- N40,000 monthly.
