Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: full-time

Description

  • We are looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.
  • You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
  • In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements

  • BSc qualification
  • 0 – 3 years Experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N110,000 monthly.

Job Title: Brand Promoter

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a pleasant and competitive Promoter that thrives in attracting new customers.
  • The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • You must be comfortable making dozens of product presentations, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Promoter.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
  • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
  • Use flms, charts, and/or slide shows.
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.

Salary
N50,000 – N110,000 monthly.
