Job Title: Senior Accountant

Summary / Objective

  • The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for overseeing the restaurants accounting functions such as ledger accounts, financial statements, and cost control systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating accounting strategies to maximize profits.
  • Managing payroll and taxes.
  • Regularly examining financial statements and ensure they are accurate and free of any errors.
  • Organizing and update financial records; monitor all bookkeeping.
  • Analysing accounts and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase profits.
  • Making sure all financial data adheres to current tax laws and regulations.
  • Keeping company accounts information confidential.
  • Staying abreast of industry changes and current tax / accounting laws.
  • Preparing, managing and presenting monthly reports.
  • Acting as a liaison to outside auditors.

Job Requirements  

  • B.Sc. degree in Accounting or any other relevant field of study.
  • Maximum of 5-6years’ work experience as a Senior Accountant.
  • Must possess relevant professional Certificate in accounting.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skill
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

 

Job Title: Operations Manager

Summary / Objective

  • The operations manager will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality menu, maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, Coordinating daily restaurant management operations as well as  ensure efficient restaurant operation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising all restaurant activities and ensuring compliance to all company standards, to increase all sales of labor costs and prepare various reports accurately and within timeframe.
  • Organizing and supervising shifts for restaurant operations, assisting to resolve all complaints and maintaining food quality at all times.
  • Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Prepare estimate of all food and beverage costs.
  • Coordinating with corporate staff and assisting to purchase all required supplies, place required orders for all distributors and ensuring timely response to all complaints.
  • Regularly reviewing product quality and researching new vendors
  • Performing orientation and providing training to all new employees on restaurant processes and determining appropriate feedback from employees.
  • Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommending ways to reach a broader audience.
  • Maintaining optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling, maintaining neat and clean kitchen area. Maintaining cleanliness at all times
  • Ensuring optimal quality of all food preparation and ensuring compliance to all standards.
  • Performing regular interviews with all employees, providing training to all employees and maintaining all work regulation according to required policies and procedures.
  • Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
  • Maintaining knowledge of all food and beverage trends and ultimately ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experiences.

Job Requirements  

  • B.Sc. degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management, Culinary Schooling or a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience as an Operations Manager in a restaurant.
  • PRINCE2 Professional Certification is an added advantage.
  • Management skills and experience in both front and back end operations.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager.
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
  • Can work under pressure and has extensive expertise in managing others.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor, highly motivated, determined, and decisive despite any external pressures.

 

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Type: Full Time

Summary / Objective

  • Waiter / Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide the highest level of food & Beverage services possible in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner.
  • Welcomes and greets guests with a warm friendly smile
  • Informs guests of menu selections, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages, and service.
  • Processes guests’ orders and ensures all items are prepared properly and in a timely manner.
  • Communicates with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service.
  • Observes diners to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond to any additional requests.
  • Prepares guest bills that itemize and total meal costs and sales tax.
  • Process & collect payments from guests.
  • Clears, cleans & disinfects table upon completion of the meal.
  • Follows food safety and handling procedures & security policies as outlined by company and government standards
  • Maintains superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant, Bar & Lounge service area.
  • Consistently maintains a neat, organized , clean & disinfected workspace
  • Demonstrates a commitment to provide the best possible experience for guests, ensuring superior personalized service
