Description

• We are currently seeking to hire a Pre-school teacher who will be responsible for the general development and supervision of a class of preschool children.

Competency / Skill / Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or HND (with a teaching certificate)
• Proven experience working as a Nursery school teacher.
• Must have at least 5 years classroom working experience with pre-school pupils.
• Must be able to use computer to prepare and deliver instructions
• Must have phonics knowledge
• In-depth understanding of childhood development.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing age-appropriate curriculum.
• Using computer and other devices to deliver instructions
• Encouraging positive behavior and good manners.
• Using various learning methods to teach the pupils
• Identifying behavioral problems and developing appropriate strategies to address them.
• Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Providing a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Communicating with parents and providing updates on children’s progress.
