We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions
- Collaborating with the project manager, in managing from inception to completion.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Superimposing Architectural, structural, and M&E drawing to check they are in accordance.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Production of As-built drawings Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical drawing.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Site supervision
- Quality control and quality assurance.
- Ability to develop, communicates, and present design concepts orally and graphically.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5years post qualification experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in all Architectural software and Microsoft project
Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month
