Job Title: CS / Social Media Executive

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field with 3 years post qualification/certification experience in social media management, marketing/ field marketing and customer service.
  • Familiarity with graphics, web design, publishing, content writing and blogging is important.

Job Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to oversee all company social media accounts and monitor web traffic metrics to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ability to develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff to Inspire continued business from clients.
  • Ability to develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences, promotes brand-focused messages and reaches the company’s target customer.
  • Ability to design, create, implement social media strategy and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
  • Ability to audits and analyses social media presences/campaign, including digital advertising costs and returns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Ability to communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Ability to deal with client requests, troubleshoot problems where applicable and keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Ability to perform other administrative functions

Job Title: Project / Marketing Executive (Interior Designs)

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any field related to Project management with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification/ experience in the industry and Social Media Marketing.
  • A male applicant with the ability to drive the marketing department, write proposals, make presentation and promote the company’s brand adequately.
  • He must be smart and intelligent with little or no supervision. Ability to drive is an advantage.

Job Competency Requirement:

  • Ability to manage the company’s projects ensuring hitch-free operations that effectively guarantee growth in sales and revenue.
  • Ability to offer superior customer service and cultivate relationships with client to sell and develop future business by utilizing effective selling skills
  • Responsible for achieving sales goal, delivery goals and creating and maintaining a client base
  • Ability to write detailed project reports, proposals, feasibility studies purchase orders, expedite orders and solution presentation suitable for reference and decision making.
  • Ability to institute an appropriate project management methodology (from project initiation, through to planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure) for project and drive its successful implementation.
  • Ability to perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, as well as negotiate timelines and product functionalities.
  • Ability to initiate and control sites related processes and procedures ensuring that the project is running on as scheduled by creating timeline for the completion of projects.

Job Title: Accounts / Operational Manager (Interior Design)

Requirements

  • OND or HND in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years post qualification/ certification experience in office operational matters and accounts.
  • A male applicant with the ability to handle the basic accounting/stock issues of the company and oversee/coordinate all administrative matters is important.
  • Having the Basic knowledge of Human resource management is a plus.

Job Competency Requirement:

  • Ability to maintain the day to day administration of the Office and coordinate communications between team.
  • Ability to maintain schedule of pay runs based on standard company payment terms, update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner.
  • Ability to monitor and drive performance of all teams and reports to the Manager
  • Ability to maintain general imprest, perform weekly bank reconciliation, deliveries and supplier statement reconciliations, and support the month end process by providing standard supporting documentation.
  • Ability to manage receivable ageing schedule, report on aged payablesplus other ad hoc reporting where applicable, handle payable account inquiries from internal and external sources and submit payables reports as well as project cost recognition schedule on weekly basis.
  • Ability to compile withholding tax and value added tax relating to invoices and maintain updated schedule of withholding tax, value added tax, PAYEE, and other statutory payments.
  • Ability to utilize database software to organize financial account information and participate in monthly stock-count exercise.
  • Ability to perform other functions as may be directed.
