Job Title: Facility Coordinator / Supervisor

Job Description Facility Manager / Supervisor
- Check all the surroundings for to be sure the facility is safe against hazards
- Give detailed reports on quantity and expenses of every procured items
- Request for amenities using the requisition forms
- Get approval through your line manager on procurement and disbursement
- Keep sending NEEDS ALERT until it is responded to
- Keep and guard the access keys to the facility
- Ensure Health and safety of members of staff and facility by checking for to correct misplaced equipment in the course of the daily business
- Coordinate and inspect the cleaners on every area they clean
- Supervise operations of the ground floor
- Ensure staff are well coordinated within work premises
- Investigate faults on assets and proffer cost effective solutions.
- Check the level of products and facility needs
- Ensure effective service of the generator monthly
- Liaise with vendors with the approval of your line manager.
- Ensure all appliances are put off and access doors locked after close of business daily.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
Salary
- NGN70,000 – 100,000 / Month.
