Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields
- Proven experience in Marketing and sales of Real Estate is an added advantage
- At least, two (2) years post NYSC experience in Marketing & Sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate establishment
- Interpersonal and people skills
- Communication skills (both written and speaking)
- Time management
- Record history of target meeting
- Ability to drive with valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Ensure new sales are made as per given monthly, quarterly and yearly target
- Generate new leads for all company’s products and services
- Engage the leads generated regularly
- Convert the leads to loyal customers
- Organize and accompany prospects and/or existing clients’ on-site inspections where necessary
- Ensure proper management of client’s Business and relationship with company
- Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be assigned by Manager, Sales & Marketing
