Job Title: Human Resources Consultant
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Advice clients on a range of human resources functions
- Recruitment
- Develop and contribute to initiatives to continually improve in-house HR functions
- Provide support to the Staffing Services division when required
- Assist in the implementation of human resources programs and contribute in the design of continuous improvement initiatives
- Attend client meetings to analyse, design and recommend solutions
- Identify client training related needs
- Facilitate training programs
- Review and develop training materials
- Maintain professional and cordial relationship with clients
- Ensure all suggestions, solutions and initiatives are legal and regulatory compliant
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5 – 6 years work experience.
