We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Descriptions

  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing and reporting of the account payable function
  • Oversee routine departmental activities such as disbursing checks and processing payroll to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, operations funding, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Disbursing payment to employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
  • Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices & vendor accounts.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks / bank transfers and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance

Requirement / Qualification

  • A first Degree in any Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and any other related course.
  • 6 – 8 years’ experience with the last 3 years in a managerial / supervisory role.

Job Title: Senior Drivers’ Instructor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Carry out comprehensive training for all new drivers and conduct refresher trainings for all old drivers.
  • Develop and regularly update driver’s assessment questions.
  • Document potential applicants using an assessment form; screen and shortlist suitable candidates for on the road tests.
  • Prepare and manage training schedules for drivers.
  • Update the driver administration unit’s record on current traffic regulations and highway codes .

  • A first degree in Transport Management or any other related course.

Job Title: Drivers Administration Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Descriptions

  • Responsible for providing highly skilled pool of drivers for operational activities.
  • Provision of regular driver performance reports.
  • Following up with operations managers on driver requests, questions and driver issues that require immediate attention and answers
  • Provide support to drivers as relates to safe delivery of customer orders and delivery turnaround time.
  • Responsible for reviewing purchase requests for driver protective gears, uniforms etc.
