Job Description

  • Observe the organization’s food preparation, handling, storage, and transportation processes
  • Interview food preparation and handling
  • Review the organization’s food safety-related records and documents
  • Issue a formal audit report to the organization and certification body
  • Arrange travel means, lodging when traveling to a client site
  • Issue accurate, complete invoice to client in a timely manner
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with client

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 1-2 years work experience.

Job Title: Food Scientist

Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • Researching new cost-reducing manufacturing processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating with relevant parties regarding food quality and safety concerns.
  • Utilizing formulation software to create and update formulations.
  • Working on new products from conceptualization to launch.
  • Arranging and shipping sales samples.
  • Updating product information sheets for sales preparation and updated labels.
  • Recording, analyzing and summarizing research data.
  • Coordinating independent laboratory testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Biochemistry, Biology or any related field.

 

Job Title: Quality Controller

Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
  • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
  • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
  • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
  • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science or business-based programs.
  • 2-5 years work experience.
  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Experience in business administration may be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
