Job Title: Onboarding Receptionist
Who You Are
- You are an excellent verbal communicator, able to make a good first impression on people. Active listener and customer centric. A front-liner with professional appearance and attitude. Highly organise with some multitasking capabilities, able to handle multiple responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Create an engaging environment, coordinate with key units for smooth onboarding experience
- Thorough verification and validation of all onboarding documents
- Ensure proper documentation and safe archiving of all onboarding documents
- Prepare onboarding kits and document
- Schedule and oversee training sessions
- Gather and analyse feedback
- Suggest and implements approved new onboarding process improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- BA degree in Social Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative work.
- Strong understanding and experience of customer service.
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft suites
- Tech enthusiasts with dexterity in using digital products
