We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trainee, Store Management

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Finished Products: Take record and stock of inward and outward of all finished products.
  • Package: Ensure recording and shipping of finished products to customers and locations.
  • Daily Stock Report: Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports of all stock.
  • Asset Records: Take records of all assets and conduct audits of stock and property.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile stock records to ascertain stock level, and prevent stock theft.
  • Database, Register & Keys: Manage all relevant books and registers.
  • Reporting: Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory

General Skills and Experience Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc / B.A Degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 – 2
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality
  • Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
  • Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
  • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
  • Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
  • Proposing improvements to the production process
  • Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
  • Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
  • Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

Skills and Qualifications
Quality Control Inspectors use a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge to ensure products are up to standards, including:

  • HND, OND or BSc with 2-3 years work experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
  • Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, callipers and computers
  • Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices
  • Understanding of target market and consumer needs
  • Documentation and reporting skills
