We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Familiarise with company’s products and brand
  • Generate quality leads and constantly update database of potential buyers/ investors
  • Provide sufficient information on Company’s products to buyers/investors
  • Counsel Investors/buyers on investment opportunities, prices, ROI e.t.c
  • Provides supporting marketing materials and documents in order to achieve sales of products
  • Closing sales and building good customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out effective site inspections and customer engagement
  • They must be comfortable presenting products or services through different means of communication dealing with complaints and doubts.
  • Assist the company by all possible means to grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
  • Identification of sales opportunities within assigned territories and be able to effectively communicate with the Sales Team Lead .

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in any field
  • No experience is required but a minimum of 2years in real estate sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience as sales executives role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Personal Qualities:

  • The successful applicant must display strong interpersonal and communication skills, and must be customer focused.
  • The individual must be target driven with the ability to close deals over the phone, during boardroom discussions and face to face encounters with prospects.
  • Persistence is vital to the sales cycle therefore you must have the determination to succeed.
  • Have a team spirit
  • Must be rugged
  • Between age 25-35years Old Strictly.
  • Proximity to living in Obalende, Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo & Victoria Island Lagos.

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Duties

  • Leads and supervise their team members.
  • Constantly trains on product knowledge of brand and product portfolio
  • Motivates sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives
  • Communicates sales targets received from Head of Sales
  • Monitors sales activities and performance of each member
  • Update Weekly Sales performance report for Head of Sales
  • Identify sales opportunities available locally and internationally
  • Regularly asks for team members input on regular basis to improve sales
  • Business Intelligence activities in order to keep an eye on Competitors sales/promotional activities and reports to Sales Head.
  • Meet set sales target.
  • Assist in closing deals for team members.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 25 – 35 Years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or any other discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Not less than 4 years in Real Estate sales and marketing with proof of consistent performance
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends or out of station duties.
  • Must have worked in at least a Real Estate firm in Lagos.
  • Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage
