Job Title: Investment Analyst
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- Investment Analysts are responsible for financial planning, analysis and projection for companies and corporations. They forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects.
- Investment Analysts leverage strong accounting and compliance backgrounds to explore historical financial data, predict future results and drive process and policy improvements.
- Also, Investment Analysts work with the head of sales, and other executive-level team members to set company-wide investment direction and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
- Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
- Assessing investment opportunities
- Establishing and evaluating profit plans
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Providing financial models and forecasting
- Forecasting and measuring business growth potentials
- Business Performance Measurement and Analytics
- Interpreting data and analysis on market, economic and political events – and providing insights therefrom
- Assess the financial strength of the firm’s trading counterparties and monitor industry trends.
- Due diligence on companies covered in research and portfolio companies
- Investment Risk Management (in collaboration with Group Risk Management)
- Attend client’s meetings with the sales team
- Any other task that may be assigned.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years work experience

Job Title: Head, Research
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- To provide incisive reports and models to aid the achievement of company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all daily reports from the unit are sent out on due timelines
- Ensure all weekly reports from the unit are sent out on due timelines
- Develop 2 financial models
- Develop 1 asset pricing models
- Ensure all adhoc reports are sent out on agreed timelines
- Ensure quarterly reports from the unit are sent out on due timelines
- Ensure yearly reports from the unit are sent out on due timelines
- Ensure quarterly meetings are held on due timeline
- Any other task that may be assigned
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess Bachelor Degree, Master Degree
- Must have 3-5 years work experience
