Job Title: Business / Product Development Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Business Development.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
The roles of the Business/Product development manager are:

  • Spot new opportunities and establish rapid growth within the new market.
  • BusinessStrategy development and implementation(including web, social media, print and face to face, marketing,and branding)to further the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Work autonomously when required to ensure maximization of results.
  • Identify sales leads on a high level and pitch goods or services to new clients.
  • Achieve technical/non-technical objectives and targets.
  • Identify future needs, trends, and resources for effective marketing of the company.
  • Provide Inputs to Product Developers.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis.
  • Develop/Implement commercial plans(including sales campaigns)to ensure revenue growth.
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with new and existing contacts as well as team members and management.
  • Create Proposals and set up meetings.
  • Plan and prepare presentations.
  • Communicate new product developments and make cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
  • Writing reports.
  • Providing management with feedbacks.
  • You will be required to spend a large amount of time visiting clients and attending networking events.
