Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Ikoyi – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Attend to and resolve customers’ queries promptly and courteously.
  • Managing customers’ perception and relationships.
  • Document all customers’ interactions using the approved software.
  • Enlighten customers with information on services and products on case to case
  • Receive feedback on products and services offered to customers.
  • Collate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of social media and instant messaging apps.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to learn about new innovations and software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages

Qualifications and Skills

Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accountant

  • In larger businesses, a bookkeeper is responsible for overseeing and reconciling hundreds of financial transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
  • Update and maintain the general ledger
  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system

Job Description

  • Prepare and updates food menu based on the request.
  • Prepare and serve daily meals as required.
  • Control stock of food and replenish the ones needed on time.
  • Prepare shopping list and make purchases conscientiously.
  • Keep a summary of expenses and retire all balance at the end of every shopping.
  • Set-table before every meal and clean up the table after each meal.
  • Have food ready at the right time daily.
  • Follow always all hygienic rules before, during and after cooking.

Qualifications and Skills

  • SSCE / GCE / NECO
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Job Title: Sales Attendant

Job Description

  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash and other approved forms
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Job Description

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries and baked items for large number of customers.
  • Hygienic handling of equipment and food stuff
  • Ensure proper storage of all inputs in refrigerators and freezers.
  • Assist to achieve overall business forecasted sales and profit targets.
