We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Boiler Operator

Location: Kogi

Responsibilities

  • Operate, repair, maintain, and adjust boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, water lines, steam lines, valves, and all related systems and equipment
  • Frequent inspection checks and regular maintenance on boiler systems and related valves, gauges, piping, and other equipment.
  • Constantly inspect water, gas, and other fluid levels inside boilers and related equipment, making adjustments to fluids as necessary to keep systems operating at peak levels.
  • Repair and replace piping, valves, and other boiler machinery as needed.
  • Record daily gas readings, feed water tests, and other test results.
  • Adjust valves and boiler controls as needed to control the amount of pressure in the system and keep the boiler system functioning safely.
  • Keep all boiler rooms, related facilities, and work areas clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.

 

Job Title: Process Control Officer

Location: Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • To design and monitor the quality, safety, and efficiency of control systems in manufacturing plants.
  • Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and costs of processes.
  • Create and implement new strategies to improve productivity for the company, as well as support start-up activities.
  • Optimize processes and implement quality control systems
  • Design, test, troubleshoot, and oversee implementation of new processes
  • Establishing improvements solutions and cost estimates, supervising work and aiding other engineers.
  • Identifying supporting service requirements and administering construction progress of assigned projects.
  • Monitoring maintenance of Process Control Code and executing application program loads
  • Providing day to day plant process automation support and assisting Tech Center and heading small improvements projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.
