5000 independent Monitors will undergo training and orientation in the 36 states and the FCT.
The two-week intensive workshop and review at the National level is organized by Monitoring and Evaluation Committee set up by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, disaster management and social development (FMHDSD) to develop a Framework and Data Collection Tool for the effective monitoring process.
The 5000 trainees will monitor the National NHGSFP Npower GEEP and the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Programmes.
13 million individuals across the 36 states of Nigeria and FCT are beneficiaries of Nigeria Government Social Intervention Programmes.
