Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any other related field.
- 2 years sales experience in Banking / Insurance / FMCG
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop highly promising agents within assigned region
- Present, demonstrate, and promote company services to prospective agents
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationship with existing and prospective agents
- Expedite the resolution of agents problems and complaints to appropriate channel to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
