Job Description
- Manage sales team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Providing strategies for increasing sales, feedbacks and developing marketing campaigns
- Identifying performance improvement areas and providing recommendations
- Communicate sales performance level to team members and team’s expectations from management
- Facilitate career development of the team and develop appropriate incentives for excellence
- Recruiting, training and guiding staff to meet sales objectives
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives
- Drive and grow revenue from sales
- Overseeing the sales team’s progress in meeting set goals
- Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market realities and competition
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship to promote customer retention
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 3 – 7 years.
