- Looking for a customer service representative who is going to attract potential customer by answering product and services questions and fulfilling customer need to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND, NCE or OND with 0-3 years work experience
- Ability to read customers
- Time management skills
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or any relevant position
- Ability to use positive language
Responsibilities
- Manage large amount of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Helps in answering complaints and questions
