Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja
- We are looking to employ an Administrative Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical duties.
- Answer telephone calls, handling orders, managing inventory.
- She will be responsible for documentation and filling, scheduling appointments, preparing and typing reports
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel/ Power Point/Access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably an NYSC member.
- Full comprehension of office management systems
