Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Sabo-Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Procurement Manager will play a key role in identifying the company’s procurement needs, evaluation of supply tender and ensuring that all purchases comply with company standards.
  • The incumbent’s responsibilities include identifying suppliers, maintaining positive supplier relations, approving purchases, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for evaluation of suppliers and procurement tender process.
  • Management, monitoring, negotiation, and award of procurement contracts.
  • Development of procurement policies and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of materials, equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, physical address, operations track records etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, or a similar field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Title: Programme Manager, Accelerator

Job Description

  • We are looking to recruit a detail-oriented and results-driven programme manager to join our Startup support Unit.
  • In this role, you will play a key part in providing proactive support to innovators building solutions to address key challenges in our society.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to commercial and social client projects related to start-up support.
  • Support the start-up team in developing performance metrics for projects and monitoring them.
  • Provide progress reports on projects to key officers for prompt decision-making.
  • Prepare business case and initial risk analysis of startups seeking to join the CcHub portfolio.
  • Actively support in identifying professionals and experts to join the CcHUB Expert/Advisory network to support startups in our portfolio and across projects/programmes.
  • Work day-to-day with idea proponents to build, test and pilot their solutions using time-tested tools.
  • Work with other units within CcHUB to provide adequate support to ventures in the portfolio.
  • Plan and schedule all activities and sessions for startup support programmes assigned.
  • Manage communication between startups and the unit as well as provide monthly progress reports on startups to key officers for prompt decision-making

Reporting to:

  • The programme manager will report to the Director of Start-up support

Job Title: Frontend Developer

Job Description

  • We are looking for a JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.
  • You will ensure that these components and overall applications are robust and easy to maintain.
  • You will coordinate with the rest of the team to deliver a working product. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, and quality product is important.

Qualifications
